No—any form of modification to our products may impact their structural integrity; this includes cutting, drilling, notching, etc. Please contact us before making any changes to your product and we will be able to advise.

Generally we recommend having your products delivered for the day of installation, or as near as possible. However, if kept off the floor and sheltered from the elements, they can be kept on-site for around two weeks to a month.

Unfortunately we are unable to assist in the unloading of your products on site. We would recommend hiring the necessary equipment prior to delivery to avoid costly delays.

All custom roof trusses and posi joists are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are faulty. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and provide a refund if necessary.

We're open from 8am until 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

No, you do not need a structural engineer. We will design the roof truss and provide you with the necessary structural calculations for building control.
